I`m going to be 28 now so I`ve learned I needed to be more `health conscious` and taking better care of myself - inside and out. The Life Glow Turmeric Curcumin Extract Supplements, I found, were easy to take and digest. These are vegetarian safe pills. There are 60 pills per bottle which are clear capsules filled with the powdered ingredients. I found these do not leave a nasty after taste and they also do not have a nasty odor either. What`s great about these is that they help promote antioxidant support and helps with joint health as well. Now these aren`t anything I could feel a change in. I don`t have any real noticeable joint pain related with age, just join pain from a car accident from someone running into the back of our car when I was 16 - which is a pain that will never go away and nothing can help. With that being said I experienced nothing negative about taking these pills.
