I have been working on trying to make healthier choices. I've been learning what will and won't work for me. A couple of the things I figured I could do is take some regular multi-vitamins along with making healthier choices when it comes to food and snacks. That's where Naked Nutrition comes in to play! 

 

Well, back in January, I discovered some Naked Nutrition products that I fell in love with! Once again, I decided to add them into my everyday life choices. I tried the Recovery Mushroom Supplement and the Collagen Peptides Protein Powder!

 

Now, if you read my previous review, you know I really enjoyed the Recovery Mushroom Supplement. According to the website, this stuff is great to optimize your energy levels, mood, and performance with Naked Recovery. An all-in-one supplement that helps reduce post-exercise soreness, balance physical and cognitive stress, and to promote quality rest and rejuvenation. Six US-grown adaptogenic mushrooms, tart cherry juice, and lemon balm extract work together to support physical and mental wellbeing so you can perform at your best, whether it's at the gym or at work. 

 

Using this was so easy. It calls for adding 1-2 scoops to 8 ounces of water or your favorite drink and mix. You only need to do this once per day. 

 

The last time I used this product, I had decided to mix it with a sparkling rose juice drink; which turned out AMAZING! This time, however, I chose to mix it with the Bolthouse Farms Vanilla  Chai drink. Wow! Once again, this was a great mix. It added a little something extra to make the drink stand out. Basically, it really made the drink taste better! I felt it enhanced my drink the same way last time I did this. I also I found that drinking it pretty regularly I did feel as if I had a mood boost and a bit more energy.

 

 

Next up I tried the Collagen Peptides Protein Powder.

Again, using this was easy. You simply mix one to two scoops into 4-8oz of coffee or your favorite hot beverage. Add your own flavorings to enhance the taste. You can use the collagen peptides powder to coffee, smoothies, or baking. It is best when used first thing in the morning or before bed.

 

As with the Recovery Mushroom Supplement, I added it to the Bolthouse Farms Vanilla  Chai. It honestly didn't alter the flavor to the drink very much. Just added maybe an extra vanilla taste to it; which blended quite well in this instance.  Only time will be able to tell about how well it works for my body and health, however, flavor-wise, this stuff is a winner! 

 

Overall, once again, I was very pleased with my experience with Naked Nutrition. I found that unlike other similar products, this one actually mixes well and has a good flavor. It actually enhances my drinks rather than takes away from them. I definitely think these are a MUST to try and highly recommend them!
