I absolutely
LOVE subscription boxes and this was a unique one to the ones I`ve tried. This one is geared towards tactical and survival type gear. A big change compared to those beauty and food type boxes. This was unique, and that`s what attracted me to checking it out. The
TacPack was created because:
1. It`s an excellent gift idea for people that are into
Tactical & EDC gear.
2. It`s fun to get a new surprise box each month loaded with all sorts of gear.
3. It`s a way to become introduced to new/emerging products.
What comes in a TacPack?
Each month we send out 3-7 pieces of tactical gear, EDC gear, tools, cleaning supplies, soft goods, and survival bits. We work very hard to select items that will be useful for everyone. We never use your money to buy "Swag". If there are little pieces of "Swag" we are getting them for free and passing them on to you.
What`s the box value?
A TacPack usually contains an MSRP of $70.00-$100.00 worth of gear. This depends largely on who we strike a deal with in terms of wholesale cost. All suppliers differ and our large volume of thousands of subscribers allow us to bring the best possible deal to our loyal community.

I received the
July TacPack box and
WOW, it did not disappoint! I got 5 full items in the box that valued $92+! Here`s what I got:
KeySmart Rugged (30.00) – KeySmart has developed this bomb-proof upgraded version of the original KeySmart with TacPack Subscribers in Mind! This upgraded version is made for hard-use with thicker material that we were able to beat the heck out of and it still stayed true. KeySmart also tossed in an expansion pack for you guys!
Gerber Hook Knife (13.00) – The Gerber Hook knife was a social media hit for us when we first posted it. Everyone kept asking for it so we set an order five months ago so that Gerber could manufacture thousands of units for us and here it is. This is a handy little device that may save your life. It’s got a very safe grip platform and will cut a bevy of items (seatbelt, clothing, straps, fishing line, rope, tarp, bags, etc).
Strike Industries Angled Foregrip (23.00) – Everyone should be running an AFG as part of their kit. We really enjoyed the ergonomics of the Strike Industries AFG. We picked an AFG that was rail mounted so that even people with KeyMod/MLOK rails could apply this to their rig with the use of a small rail piece.
TacPack Smooth Operator Hat (26.00) – We went through quite a few different color variants and company samples until we picked this particular cap. We are very proud to release it to our subscribers before we sell it in the webshop. We made the hat with a Velcro patch area and our Logo woven into the Velcro so you can sport it with or without your favorite (GBA) patch.
Gang Bangers Anonymous Patch (Priceless) – The second patch in the GBA legacy continues with a design that defines our dedicated list of shooters. The GBA LeadSlinger patch is sure to look great atop your new hat, on your bag, or on the sleeve of your favorite jacket. Post it up on IG and tag us @tac_pack.
While this box is a bit pricey (it costs $68), you can see by the price of each item that it is well worth it! Each item in the box came individually packaged in it`s own packaging and was very nice quality. Not one "cheap" piece of junk in this box! While this box was mainly for my husband, I did find an item I was not parting with and that was the Gerber Hook Knife. I thought i was pretty cool to be honest and not something I wanted to let go of. To me, this is something that I would most likely use since he already keeps his good knife on him anyway. So why not me too?! Except this one will be on my key chain.
One thing I love, is that with your package, you get a card with the items and description of each item on it. So if you weren`t sure what it is you received, the card will tell you. Also, you can find that same information on the TacPack website. I`m also a fan of being able to go back and purchase past boxes as well as additional gear from the website. There have been times I have fallen in love with items and wanted more, but the subscription company didn`t offer an option for further purchasing. Well this one does and that`s a big plus for me.
Needless to say, this box was a huge hit in our house. I enjoyed checking it out and my husband was like a kid in the candy store when I gave him his share of goodies. We both can agree, this box is worth the investment and certainly recommend it! You won`t be disappointed with this quality selection!
