I am a HUGE fan of
WordLock as many of you may know if you have been a long-time reader. I have worked with them several times in the past and now that we own our own home I`m happy to work with them again! This time for a
Text Lock!
Remember the old days? "Right three times past zero - left two turns to" Forget it! WordLock is the new style of friendly, easy-to-use padlocks for recreation, storage, travel, and commercial uses. Perfect for school lockers or the gym, toolboxes, sheds, job sites and anywhere else you need a solid, secure indoor/outdoor padlock.
You probably don't remember your high school locker combination. Was it 12-37-20? Or was it 21-37-2? With WordLock's new text lock, you surely won’t forget all the times you L-O-Led during drama class or how you became B-F-Fs with Jake in 11th grade. WordLock`s new spin on the right-left-right combination locks uses well-known acronyms and abbreviations that you`ll remember for a lifetime. WordLock F-T-W.
What are my thoughts?
Personally I wish I had a lock like this back when I was in high school! You already had to remember a TON of numbers as it was from homeroom number, learning your social security number and then a locker combination on top of that. Some people even had 2 lockers - such as one in the gym if they participated in sports. That`s just WAY too many numbers! Learning a 3 letter text combination is so much easier. For instance, I use "lol" a lot during online or text conversations so making my combination code "lol" would be something super simple for me to remember. I could even make up a funny acronym of my own to use and that would still be much easier to remember than a number combination. The only reason I remember my combination for my locker at work is because it`s mentally memorized and I just do the motions to open it. If you stop to ask me what my combination is though I am honestly at a total loss! With the text lock it provides an easy way to remember your combination and the best part is it won`t kill your budget!

WordLock provides strong and quality locks that are meant to last. The last lock I received we ended up using on our fence after Hurricane Issac came through and we lost our lock to our fence. So we used a padlock with a combination in letters that we BOTH can remember. Being our house doesn`t have a back door, we have to use that fence (or climb through a window) for entry and a letter lock is much easier than a key lock or a number lock. Key locks we end up losing the keys too easy. So would I recommend WordLock? For the third time working with them, I absolutely HIGHLY recommend their products. Their products LAST and are high quality. You can use them for things around your house, luggage, or your fence or storage shed outside. I don`t think you will regret using their product.
