In my last post I told you a bit of info on the product I`m using already, but let me give you a quick refresher.

So what do I think so far? It`s only been one day so it`s too soon to say if it works and what not, but I can tell you a few things. To start, I admit I was nervous about trying the drops and worrying about how they would taste. The instructions of use for the product is to take 10 drops 3 times per day under the tongue and hold for 1-2 minutes. Do not eat or drink anything for 10 minutes before or after taking drops. The drops themselves didn`t have much of a flavor thankfully so the process of using this compared to pills was definitely a major plus. I`m not so sure about the "holding" the drops under my tongue for 1-2 minutes since I find that challenging since I`m not used to it, but we`ll see how that goes. Literally, the holding it for 1-2 minutes is the hardest part of the challenge so far! As far as the timing goes, I do like how it`s only a 10 minute span before and after the drops, totaling 20 minutes without eating or drinking. This again is another big plus to me compared to the typical waiting 30 minutes BEFORE eating. Man, who seriously wants to hold out that long? Especially if you`re using your dieting material at work for your lunch breaks. For me, the 10-minute wait is hardly anything. 10 minutes before - well I usually haven`t eaten for at least 10 minutes anyway.
As of now, the challenge really isn`t so challenging. Other than the positive points I`ve pointed out so far, I also noticed no side effects when using the drops - another plus. When I was using Hydroxycut as directed, not only did it not really work with the exception of curbing my appetite (which isn`t my problem), but it made me feel dizzy, light-headed, gave me headaches, etc any time I used it. So no side effects is definitely nice!
