If you`re new to investing in real estate then this book is a great place to start. The print isn`t tiny, but it`s not large so the paperback version, which is what I got, was easy on the eyes to read. Also, it`s only 200 pages long so it doesn`t "over do" it on the information overwhelming you. As someone who`s not very familiar with real estate investing I was happy to read the simple and easy to understand writing of this book. There`s every "keys of wisdom" throughout the book which was something I was rather appreciative of. Overall this is a great general overview guide of investment real estate that is great for beginners or those with little knowledge on the subject. While I was impressed with the book, a friend of mine into real estate investing was not, but that`s because he already knows a LOT on that subject. So if you already have the basic knowledge then this isn`t the book for you from what I`m gathering.
