These Crossfit Gloves are so easy to use and are very comfortable to wear! These gloves are of great quality to say the least. I love that they provide some nice leather padding to them that`s not thick, but more in a protective manner. This allows the gloves to still easily be used and still comfortably worn. I got the size small gloves for my hands and found they fit perfectly - not too tight, not too small. The straps were able to fit around to the velcro without any problems. During regular workouts, I found that using the gloves takes the pressure off my hands. For instance, I have carpeted floors that really irritate my hands for push-ups and other workouts, with the gloves on my hands, are protected so no irritation. I`m also a fan of the wrist support that these offer as I`m on the computer a lot and the support makes a huge difference!
