The Aquagenix® Razor Mega Size Rainfall Shower is not what I expected. The showerhead measures with a 9" round face rainfall showerhead with 15" arch arm and 105 rub-clean jets. It also has an extra-long 15" arm length provides this shower with 3 ft. vertical movement range. This is advertised an a stainless steal showerhead, but it`s nothing but a shiny plastic throughout the whole thing. During installation a piece actually broke so I`m using the adapter to another brand of showerhead to actually use this, which is disappointing. What`s more disappointing though is the fact I contacted the company about the piece breaking off and requested a replacement only to have my message go ignored and no replacement ever came. The showerhead itself works and makes a nice rainfall shower, at least to my liking, but the quality of the overall product is poor and the customer service is poor as well. Quite disappointing and very upsetting to have a misleading ad. I honestly could not recommend this.
