First of all, this comes presented in a lovely gift box. Inside the box the ornament is placed inside a nice velvet bag and then wrapped in gift paper. So it`s nice and secure when it arrives. It seriously looks like I just picked it up off the shelf in a local retail store. It was flawless. Upon opening this piece, I felt the quality. The hearts are 3D and the crystals sparkle in the smallest amount of light. The "Happy Anniversary" etching is well done as well. No scratches and it does not just scratch off.
