My personal experience: The lock is very sturdy and easy to use and operate. The fact that it uses words rather than number is unique plus it`s a bit easier for me to remember to be honest. There`s so many numbers in life to remember that using a simple word on the lock is a brilliant idea! The customer service I received was very friendly and helpful during my duration of working with them. When they shipped my product is was done so in a quick timely manner. My product arrived in perfect condition. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my experience with Wordlock and recommend them for all my friends and family to try out!
