Read on.
When it comes to keeping up with healthy resolutions, and staying fit in the new year, our biggest enemy is sugar. It's so easy to reach for a candy bar at checkout in the convenience store, or grab cookies on break. All that does evidently is set you back, and make you frustrated with yourself.
We want to fix that. At least for today. The solution? This 3-ingredient recipe for a unique, cookie pizza pie. It's so simple, anyone can whip it together. Literally. You, your SO, children...maybe your dog.
The mixture is vegan-friendly, too. So, for those that live with this lifestyle can enjoy it as well!
Banana-Cocoa Pie
What You'll Need:
2 Ripe Bananas, Cut
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Handful Chocolate Chips (or Chocolate Nibs)
How To Make:
First, cut your bananas into .5 inch slices.
Then, add them to a medium-size mixing bowl.
Mash them with the flat side of spoon until almost all the chunks are gone. It's okay if there are small bits here and there, adds texture!
After, drop in 1 cup of oatmeal, and a handful of chocolate chips.
Mix together as best as you can to make an oatmeal cookie batter consistency
Spread out onto a greased circular pan
Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove and enjoy!
