I am so excited about working with Design By Humans this go round! For anybody that knows me personally, I am a huge fan of Supernatural, the TV show, and I love mermaids. With DBH being a site where you can search HUNDREDS of various design styles and get them put on various style clothing, I did a search for "mermaids" and, of course, "supernatural" and these are the two shirts I fell in love with: Supernatural t-shirt and this mermaid tank top. Now please note, because I find the models for these shirts more flattering than me wearing them, I chose to use their picture. However, their fitting is accurate, but I would recommend going 1 size up because once you wash the shirts tend to shrink a slight bit. I have worked with DBH quite a few times this year and I am in love with them. Their brand, their customer service and their shirt quality. EVERY shirt I get from them is amazing quality and has amazing art work. I was allowed to select these two shirts and while they are both completely different, they are the same with the quality that they offer. As a huge (possibly obsessive) fan of Supernatural, I couldn`t pass up a shirt from that category. It`s quality is amazing! As far as the mermaid design goes, I`m very picky about them. I like unique, but I`m also not a fan of just too cartoon-like or too serious of mermaids. It`s hard to explain. But this one really fit my style well. What was surprising, to me, was that I accidentally ordered a tank top. Usually, I hate tank tops from design companies because they either don`t fit right or too thin, whatever the reason. I gave this one a try and it wasn`t too thin and it fit accurately. So I went from an "oh darn I didn`t mean to order that" to a "wow, I`m glad I made this mistake!" I`m normally a US size medium but went with a large because, as stated in the first paragraph, these tend to shrink a slight bit once you wash them. If not for that reason, their sizing would be true to the general US size chart. Both the shirt and tank top fit comfortably and were breathable. Not to mention the wording and art work were done perfectly. There was no cracks or signs of peeling in the design, even after a couple washes. My very first shirts I received from Design by Humans are still holding up strong and showing little wear, and I wear/wash them quite often. This goes to show their quality. This certainly beats other brands. Heck, even expensive name brands honestly don`t hold up this well anymore! So I`m impressed and very pleased. I think it goes without saying, I love this company! I would recommend them to anyone who was considering giving them a try. You won`t be disappointed. Plus, like I said, their customer service has been wonderful with me since day one, which gives me more confidence in the brand.
