Ever wish that your diffuser could fit inside your pocket? It's okay, we have too. Since that's not at all effective or possible as this isn't Alice in Wonderland...for now, we offer a quick solution: DIY Essential Oil Roll-on's. 

Roll-on's are a simple way to keep your favorite essential oils at your finger tips. They are easy to tailor to personal preferences and budget friendly. All it takes to make them is an oil (or oils) of choice, a carrier oil, and a roll-on bottle. 

Here's a few roll-ons that we made, that you can make too...or at the very most, be inspired by!

BE HAPPY ROLLER

One of our favorite essential oil blends, Happy Oil, inspired this roll-on. It's a brightening blend made up of minty undertones and citrus fruits. It helps to awaken the mind, and boost the spirits. Perfect for times you wake up on the wrong side of the bed, or have been travelling a little too frequently. Here's what's inside the blend:

• Lemon 
• Grapefruit 
• Tangerine 
• Jasmine
• Spearmint
• Cedarwood
• Myrtle 
• Nutmeg

Simply fill the roll-on bottle 3/4 the way full, add in 10 drops Happy Essential Oil, 1/2 fl oz (15 mL) Dropper Bottle, pop the roller in and use. 

CLEAR YOUR MIND ROLLER

If you need to center your mind-body, this oil roller is a great way to start.  Our Mental Clarity Blend offers a minty fresh aroma with subtle floral undertones. It's best to help ease the mind and bring you to a more relaxed state. Perfect for when work deadlines are crazy or weekend social gatherings are demanding.  Here's what's inside the blend:

• Basil 
• Cardamom 
• Rosemary 
• Peppermint 
• Geranium 
• Bergamot 
• Lemon 
• Ylang Ylang 
• Jasmine
• Chamomile

Simply fill the roll-on bottle 3/4 the way full, add in 10 drops Happy Oil, pop the roller in and use.
